Japchae

Japchae is a traditional Korean dish that’s often served on special holidays or at big feasts. It’s made with glass noodles that are cooked and then mixed with other ingredients like meat, vegetables, seafood, and mushrooms. These ingredients are usually marinated or stir-fried in soy sauce. The name of the dish can change depending on what’s in it.
