Professor Lee Jae-ok came to the United States to share his love of Korean food with the world. He believes that good food comes from good ingredients, and he lives by that.
He had a hard time because of the language barrier, but now he can communicate better with artificial intelligence. He plans to share his old YouTube videos with people who need help.
He was able to teach many people through Moodle.
