Professor Lee Jae-ok has taught students as a professor at the International Korean Culinary School after serving as the head chef of the Korean cuisine at the Grand Intercontinental Hotel, the Korean cuisine at the Sheraton Grand Walkerhill Hotel, and the head of Korean cuisine at Hanwha Hotels & Resorts. He also played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Korea Culinary Art (KCA) department at Stanton University in the United States to promote the excellence of Korean cuisine and cultivate global talent.
